We accept returns and issue refunds under the following conditions:
• Damaged or Defective Items – If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or misprinted due to our error, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Incorrect Order – If the items you receive do not match your order specifications, we will replace them or issue a refund.
• Non-Customized Products – Unused, unopened, and non-customized items may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.
• Custom-Printed Products – Due to the personalized nature of our custom-printed paper bags and food boxes, we cannot accept returns unless the product is defective or incorrect.
• Used or Opened Items – Products that have been used or partially consumed are not eligible for returns.
• Sale or Clearance Items – Items marked as final sale or clearance are not eligible for returns or refunds.
1. Contact Us – Email our customer support team at [Your Contact Email] within the eligible return period with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product.
2. Approval & Instructions – If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed, including shipping details if necessary.
3. Refund Processing – Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
If you need a replacement due to damage or an incorrect order, we will send a new product at no additional cost.
• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
• After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible, especially for custom orders already in production.
• TPPC USA will cover return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items.
• If you return a non-defective, non-custom product, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
